• What does digitising mean? – Embroidery and Screen Printing
    • It is the process of turning a digital design/logo into stitches.
  • How many embroider (embroidery and screen printing) heads do you have?
    • 11 Heads with 15 colours on each. 6 more may be coming soon.
  • What colours can you embroider?
    • We have a wide range of colours to choose from. If we don’t have the exact colour, we will try to get it close as possible and liaise with the customer if this is ok.
  • How long will my logo take to be digitised?
    • The logo can take as little as an hour but not no longer than 24hours.
  • Can I make changes to my digitised logo?
    • You can make as many changes as you like and for free of charge. As we do it in-house, we can easily make the smallest change.
  • How much does it cost to digitise my logo?
    • We have the software and the training to digitise in-house and therefore no third party digitisation costs.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    • Order and many or as little as you like.
  • Can I come and see the machines of embroidery and screen printing for myself?
    • You’re more than welcome to pop in and say hello and see the machines running.
  • What kind of items can you embroider?
    • We can generally embroider any material type garment, however it can depend on the thickness of the material. If we/you are not sure, it is best you bring the item in and we can tell you then and there.
  • Can I supply my own items for embroidery/printing?
    • Unlike many companies in this industry, we will embroider or print your own supplied garments. However, if something happens to the garment, i.e. a needle breaks and rips the garment, it will be the customer’s responsibility to replace the garment.
  • I have collected my items, but there is a ring mark around the embroidery. Is this normal?
    • Yes, nothing to worry about. This mark is where the garment has been framed to fit onto the machine. After the first wash, it will disappear.
  • What is vinyl printing?
    • Vinyl printing is the technique of heat pressing coloured vinyl’s onto clothing.
  • What is weeding?
    • A technique done by hand that removes any unwanted vinyl/material before it is printed on the garment.
  • What colours do you offer in vinyl printing?
    • We offer a wide range of colours, including fluorescent and a couple of glittery colours.
  • Can I get a sample for sizing?
    • Yes, we can get the garment in for sizing. If you proceed with the order with us, we can use the sample for the order. If not, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the item. If the item comes back dirty or damaged and you no longer want to proceed with the order, you will be charged for the item as we cannot return it to the supplier.
  • Should I go for digital or vinyl printing?
    • It all depends on your design. If you’re not sure, we will be happy to provide our knowledge and explain the best way.
  • Is there a minimum order for screen printing?
    • No, However, if the order is less than 20 items, we may have to charge a screen charge.
  • I have more than 4 colours in my design, can it be screen printed?
    • Unfortunately, 4 colours is the maximum we can print. We may advise digitally printing the garment instead.
  • Can you match a specific colour in my design for screen printing?
    • We have a wide range of colours that we can mix to get as close as possible to the colour you require. However, matching the exact pantone colour can be very hard.
  • What format do you need my logo in?
    • Ideally, we need the logo in a vector format (either .ai, .eps or .pdf) with a minimum 300dpi. If your logo is not good enough, we may ask for a better image or have to redraw the logo which may delay your order.
  • Are there any setup fees?
    • Digitisation and design set up is all done in-house so there are no setup fees.
  • How much is delivery (embroidery and screen printing)?
    • Depending on how many items you have, we will either post it by first class or by courier at the cost of £7.95 plus VAT.
  • Can I collect my items in person?
    • Yes, you can. Once your order is complete, you can come and collect it in person at the address found on our contact page.
  • Have you got a showroom to get an idea of types of clothing?
    • We do! Come and visit us and have a look in our showroom. We have a small range of items to get a feel for what you’re after and in limited sizes. We cannot stock the whole catalogue as there are just too many items we offer.
  • Do you have a catalogue I can take home?
    • We have catalogues at the office that you can pop by and take away with you. If not, all our items are on our website.
  • How long will it take for you to process my order?
    • Lead time is generally 3-4 days from confirmed order. However, in busy periods this can rise up to a week, but you will be informed when placing the order.
  • Do I get a proof of how my finished garment will look?
    • Yes, we will do a proof for you to make sure you are happy with the design and placement. Please bear in mind that it is your responsibility to make sure the design, and any spellings, are correct.
  • Can I return my personalised garment?
    • We will only accept returns if the garment is faulty due to a manufacturing issue. If you have ordered the wrong size or the sizing is incorrect, we offer a refund or accept a return of goods.
  • Do you produce free samples of clothing?
    • We can produce a sample of the clothing however it will have to be charged and it will vary on the product.
